TRISKELION International, the Filipino fraternity, donated 17 toiletry bags each filled with shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and other items to the Philippine Embassy in Zinj.

 

The goods are to be handed to the 17 Filipinas the embassy says are currently being held at the Isa Town Detention Centre while they are waiting for the results of their cases. Filipino Ambassador Eduardo Maglaya received the bags from Triskelion International regional coordinator John Bituin, who also urged other Filipino groups in Bahrain to make similar donations.
